Telecare Program

Our Telecare program offers regular check-in calls from trained volunteers to elderly or homebound individuals. We provide friendly conversation, medication reminders, and support.

Through Telecare we can provide:

  • Emotional support phone calls

  • Medication reminders

  • Safety checks

  • Connection to community resources

Get Started

  1. Call 406-586-3333 to refer someone or yourself to the program

  2. We'll contact the individual within 48 hours to explain the program, confirm their interest, and register them for the program.

  3. Regular check-in calls begin
