
Telecare Program
Our Telecare program offers regular check-in calls from trained volunteers to elderly or homebound individuals. We provide friendly conversation, medication reminders, and support.

Call 406-586-3333 to refer someone or yourself to the program
We'll contact the individual within 48 hours to explain the program, confirm their interest, and register them for the program.

This program is designed for elderly individuals who are homebound or need daily calls.
Note: Mental health professionals seeking telephone support for clients should refer to our Follow Up Program.

We accept referrals from 13 Southwestern Montana counties: Beaverhead, Broadwater, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Granite, Jefferson, Madison, Meagher, Park, Powell, Silver Bow, Sweetgrass, and Wheatland.
