24/7 Crisis Line Serving Gallatin County
The Sexual Assault Counseling Center provides trauma-based medical, legal and personal advocacy, and ongoing counseling and therapy to reduce the long term mental and physical health effects of sexual abuse.
Our advocates help navigate interactions with law enforcement and the justice system from the presentation of abuse through the court case, increasing the victim’s sense of safety right from the start. We also provide education in the community on sexual assault, consent, and victim blaming to reduce the stigma of sexual assault.

SEXUAL ASSAULT
Survivor Support Group in Bozeman
Led by: Help Center Staff or Masters-Level Counseling Intern
Format: Open group — join anytime, attend when you can

Day/Time: TBD through coordination from group members and facilitators
Location: In-Person in Bozeman. Space will always be private.

We are excited to announce our Sexual Assault Survivor Support Group! The focus of the group is to build connections, coping skills, and community.
This group will be held in person and free to adults who have been sexually abused/ assaulted at any point in their life. Groups will be facilitated by two Counselor-Advocates from our Sexual Assault Counseling Center. The support group will meet weekly for approximately ten weeks. The start date and day/time of meetings will be established with group members upon acceptance.
Applications to join the support group are being accepted now. A Counselor-Advocate will conduct an initial screening process. The support group will be closed, and participation will be capped at 10 people per group. Those who are not able to participate in the first group will be connected with individualized resources and support.
One of our Sexual Assault Counselor-Advocates and facilitators will reach out to you within 24 business hours (during the work week) to answer any questions you may have and set up a meeting.
