Practice Registration for Mental Health Directory

Help Center, Inc. is now offering single practice registration. Create one profile for your entire practice with a centralized intake/phone number or on-call schedule.

Registration Information

    • Free Referral Directory listing

    • Crisis Answering Service (fee-based)

    • One point person manages all updates

    • No individual provider registration needed (helpful when turnover happens)

    • Include your pre-licensed providers in your list of staff

    • Single annual fee covers all providers

    • Provide updated on-call schedule OR 24/7 contact number

    • Keep client availability information current

    • Renew annually 

    • Coordinate with providers to avoid duplicate registrations

  • For-Profit Practices:

    • 5 or fewer providers: $500/year

    • 6-9 providers: $1,000/year

    • 10-15 providers: $2,000/year

    • 16+ providers: $2,500/year

    Nonprofit Practices: 

    • $800/year (payment plans available)

    • If you are a nonprofit and have an on-call schedule or after-hours centralized phone number for your practice, you can register with us. We do not register individual mental health professionals for nonprofit practices into our Crisis Answering Service.

FAQ

  • When they call and say they are a client of yours and need to get a hold of you, we take their information and use the information you provided in your registration form about how to get a hold of you after-hours. NOTE:  We try to get some information about what is going on for them, but sometimes they do not wish to share with us.

  • Please email us at info@bozemanhelpcenter.org before you leave with:  Your name, dates and times you will be gone, who your backup person is and their contact information.   You are also welcome to call our business line at 587-7511 to relay this information.

  • Please email us at info@bozemanhelpcenter.org with the schedule and contact information for each provider.  Each provider on the list MUST be signed up in our system.

  • We work through the information you provided in your registration form about how to reach you.  If after 30 minutes we do not reach you, we contact your backup person. 

  • Of course!  If the client is in crisis and speaking with a Help Center staff member/volunteer is something they are open to, we will try to engage them to help them through the crisis or until you can be reached.

  • You are welcome to leave a message on your voicemail with “If this is after hours and you need to reach me, please call the Help Center at 406-586-3333.”  You are also welcome to give the number to clients as a way to reach you after hours.
